DO I NEED A PHONE LINE FOR SKYTEC WIRELESS INTERNET TO WORK?
No. Our wifi systems do not utilize any phone, cable or satellite connection to work. All we need is a power outlet.
WILL POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS AFFECT MY SERVICE?
Weather will rarely affect your service. Rain and stormy weather rarely pose a problem.
HOW DOES SKYTEC WIRELESS BILL ME?
We bill by credit card only and accept all major credit cards. SkyTec services automatically debits your credit card every month for the cost of your service and will send you an email invoice/receipt of your payment.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT WITH SKYTEC WIRELESS?
No. While we will not have you sign a contract, we are confident that you will be a long term customer by choice after experiencing our excellent customer service and our fast, reliable, reasonably priced product. You may stop service at any time, just let us know at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please give us a call first so we have the opportunity to make it right! As much as we would love to retain you as a customer indefinitely, if you do wish to cancel your account or are moving, simply by logging into your account or using the cancellation link on our website. This is the only way it will be recognized. All other correspondence will NOT be considered as a cancellation notice. A cancellation notice MUST be submitted 24 hours PRIOR to the subscription's renewal date to avoid any ongoing charges. Billing date is the original date of service unless otherwise noted and charges will not be prorated if cancelled mid month or prior to the original billing date.

Subscribers can connect their VoIP systems on the SkyTec Wireless service you have, but we cannot guarantee that it will work consistently.
WILL ONLINE VIDEO GAMES WORK ON YOUR SERVICE?
Our network does provide great support to play most online games because of our excellent ping response time. Most popular online games do not draw too much bandwidth or require high speeds to operate, often well under 1 Mbps. But, the capability to play online games at their full potential will depend on the condition of your wireless connection. If you are close enough to a transmitter or you are on our 5 Ghz network or have Line of Sight, then these ping sensitive systems and games will work to their best potential.
